Ah yes, the man that stayed in the presidential palace whilst Russian special forces were attempting to assault it, and rejected to be evacuated by US airlift. You are neatly illustrating how a small fucking person you are in comparison.
That would be a bargain for taking out a 3rd of Russia bombers. The few hundred billion The US has given Ukraine that has decimated Russia's military and economy is probably the biggest bargain for The US since the Louisiana purchase.
Ukraine security service pulled off a surprise attack on Russia airbases. Russians were complacent to their detriment. At a minimum they should have had a couple of Pantsir air defense systems (short range threats) as well as S400 air defenses (long range) around the airbase perimeter. Russian retaliation is coming. I expect them to hit Ukrainian airbases and destroy them. That would take care of the Taurus long range missiles which needs to be carried by a fighter jet. Also, Ukraine command posts, storage facilities like warehouses, railways, ships carrying weapons for Ukraine. Glide bombs to destroy Ukraine fortifications and inflict heavy casualties on the Ukraine army. Add to that, hypersonic and Iskander missiles which Ukraine cannot stop. Zelensky rejoicing over inflicting some damage to Russia. He should be very afraid. Hugh Russian attacks coming and the Ukraine army will be annihilated when it is all over.
If they had the air defense systems available you mentioned they would have placed them there.Russian air defense systems are stretched very thin and they have to trade some of the air defense systems that they do have to N.Korea and Iran for weapons.
The war is still ongoing because Putin is a murderous dictator who has delusions of reuniting the Soviet empire.
He only has funny money. Forbes says: His main asset: an estimated 25% stake in Kvartal 95, a group of companies that produce humorous shows, which he transferred to his partners after being elected president, though he’ll likely regain his shares after leaving office. Kvartal 95 produced and owns the Servant of the People series, a popular political comedy starring Zelensky as a Ukrainian high school teacher who is elected president. Netflix, which previously streamed the show between 2017 and 2021, snapped up the rights again in March. With estimated revenues of $30 million annually, Forbes Ukraine values Zelensky’s stake at $11 million. While he does own a flat in one of Ukraine’s most expensive apartment buildings in the center of Kyiv, it’s relatively modest by Western standards. Forbes estimates Zelensky’s entire real estate portfolio is worth $4 million, including two more wholly owned apartments, two that he co-owns, a single commercial property and five parking spaces.
