You'd think w/Israel having warnings of impending attack of Oct7, leaders would be vigilant about such things:

Putin 'dismissed US warnings about a terror attack' three days before Moscow massacre and shrugged off American embassy's warning to avoid concert venues

Putin dismissed the alerts as an attempt to intimidate Russians .

U.S. officials say that the information was privately shared as recently as three days before gunmen burst into a large concert hall on Friday night, spraying the crowd with gunfire, killing more than 60 people.

On March 7, the U.S. Embassy in Moscow issued a cryptic warning to American citizens to avoid concert venues. The U.S. had information about a planned terrorist attack in Moscow potentially targeting large gatherings—including concerts—which prompted the State Department to issue a public advisory, White House National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson said in a statement Friday night. “The U.S. government also shared this information with Russian authorities in accordance with its longstanding ‘duty to warn’ policy,” Watson added.'

One of the U.S. officials said the warning resulted from a flow of compelling intelligence in recent months. “We have basically a steady stream of intelligence dating back to November about ISIS wanting to strike within Russia,” the official said, referring to Islamic State.

Under the duty-to-warn policy, if U.S. spy agencies collect “credible and specific” information of an impending attack or kidnapping, they must warn the intended victims, whether they are U.S. citizens or not. The U.S. routinely shares warnings of potential terrorist activity with allies and partners. In some cases, it also warns potential adversaries.

if we consider everything that "russia" did to the islamic world

    -- afghanistan, chechnya, syria ...

then there is probably much much more retaliation to come - sooner or later.

  6. Kadyrov is the snake that Putin needs to watch out for.

He is always building up his private mercenary group in addition to the Chenchen military. He does this under the guise of helping Putin fight Ukraine and Putin loves it because he needs all the help he can get. The problem is, Kadyrov's loyalty is more to Islam than to Russia. God only knows (or should that be "Allah only knows"?) what discussions and plans are taking place between ISIS and Kadyrov. If I were Putin I would worry about that.

All of these muslim fighting groups are snakes. The astute observers might say "well even Kadyrov/Chechens stay away from ISIS because ISIS fighters are rabid dogs that kill other muslims. For example, the Taliban and ISIS are enemies, even though you would think they would be friends. Except they still collaborate where it is useful to Islam. For example, during the disastrous American withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban let Isis fighters in to Kabul to kill westerners and pro-western Afghans. And Kadyrov is that kind of snake. He does not want ISIS to occupy his region, but he would support them coming in to do damage to Putin. SNAKE.

Actually, the evidence points to Ukraine and maybe, NATO. The 4 shooters are all in custody and talking. It seems they tried to escape to the Ukraine border and there were others assisting them. BBC reports 11 people detained so far by Russia. Those who planned this terrorist attack are probably, laughing in Ukraine. They should not feel too cozy. Putin is pissed and vowed to punish the perpetrators. There is probably, a 3,000 lb glide bomb with their names on it coming their way. All the Russians need to do is locate them. These guys will not escape nor be able to hide when the time comes for retribution.

  8. It could be and I will go where the facts go.

Interestingly though, some pro-Putin Americans and Russians sound as though they want it to be Ukraine, which is kind of revealing.

Liberal media and the US, strangely said it was not Ukraine even before any of the shooters were arrested or the investigation started? They were acquitting Ukraine of the incident without looking at the facts? US knew exactly, when the attack is going to happen? How did they know who did it? Also, they were quick to point to ISIS when there is not a single black ISIS flag? Shooters also, do not have full beards like Islamic radicals usual have. Just looking at them and the way they were dressed, raised serious questions on their identities. Now, that the shooters were taken alive and they are talking to the Russians, they will find out who the brains are to this terrorist attack. The shooters have every incentive to talk and cooperate, and tell the truth. They have nothing to gain by protecting their handlers and their cohorts.
