Shiat burning in Russia again. As usual, most of it is self-inflicted by the discontented population.

The intellectuals know that Russians are freezing their asses off. I thought Putin told us the Europeans would be freezing in winter.

Desperate Vladimir Putin plunges 22 million Russians into darkness in bitter -22C winter
Moscow is to be plunged into darkness as Putin ordered rolling blackouts amid freezing temperatures, according to reports.

Russia’s military-industrial complex has the capacity to manufacture and refurbish approximately 100-150 main battle tanks per month, significantly outpacing Europe, State Secretary at the Latvian Defense Ministry, Janis Garisons, said on Dec. 13, as reported by Delfi.

According to Ukraine’s General Staff, 5,682 tanks Russian tanks have been destroyed or damaged in Ukraine.

Previously, U.S. media reported that the war against Ukraine has set back Russia's capacity to modernize its land forces by 18 years. According to the publication, the loss of approximately 2,200 tanks, as estimated by the U.S., has forced Russian occupiers to tap into old Soviet reserves, increasingly deploying models from the 1970s.

  8. Reminds me of the old joke about the Vermont cow farmer who lost his toupee after it was blown off out in the field.

He had to try on six before he found the right one.

Okay, sort of a dry New Englander type of joke, but hey, there is room for that.
