And this is why the Russian fleet has so few ships ready for operations. But the constants theft of military funds should not be a surprise in Russia.

Brits sending troops to Ukraine . Britain will increase support for Ukraine with a training programme for Kyiv's troops under new plans, Grant Shapps reveals | Daily Mail Online
They are moving training and production, that's a different thing to troops as it will just be a collection of specialists, not divisions.
The article talks about the Brits also increasing production in Ukraine. Probably that means "closer to Ukraine." Ironically and for practical reasons, Ukraine is heavily, heavily ramping up ammo and defense manufacturing BUT IN POLAND where the Russians cannot strike it without having to deal with NATO. I would imagine that if the Brits want to set up any production operations that would be a consideration for them as well. Makes sense.
there quite a few western troops already in Ukraine Do you really beleive ukrainians in their 40s and 50s who got caught on streets like wild animals and who can't properly read even in their own language can somehow manage complex western weapons like Patriot missle system or some other advanced weapon systems It's almost guaranteed those operated not by ukrainians at lea Now west also trains Ukrainian pilots on F-16 in 3 months. LOL The best and brightest ukrainians are allowed to pilot FPV drones with cost under $5000. That's their ceiling So all pilots on western jets also will be western troops and all service will be western people When western weapons really used by ukrainians it's easily visible -like tanks which survive minutes only on battlefield
