There's no way to know what is true and what isn't these days with these three (including us) countries and their propaganda. My guess is this has a 60% chance of being rage bait, and a 40% chance of being true.
USA TODAY 'The front is a disgrace': Prigozhin says Wagner troops won't fight in Ukraine now. Live updates. Story by John Bacon and Miles J. Herszenhorn, USA TODAY• 1h ago The Russian front line is a "disgrace" and the Wagner mercenaries who once fought there will remain in Belarus for some time, Russian mercenary boss Yevgeny Prigozhin said Wednesday. Prigozhin's mercenaries were credited with ranking among Russia's best fighters, but his frustrations with Defense Ministry leaders led to last month's quickly abandoned rebellion and what appeared to be his banishment to Belarus. Prigozhin, welcoming his troops Wednesday in Belarus, said that for now his group will concentrate on training Belarusian troops. "We fought with dignity. We did a lot for Russia," Prigozhin said to cheers. "What is happening now on the front is a disgrace." He pledged to improve the Belarusian army and said his group would prepare to continue working in Africa, where his troops have been tapped by governments to combat rebel forces. "Maybe we will return to (fight in Ukraine), when we will be certain that we won't be made to disgrace ourselves," he said.
When you have to hold a Charity concert to raise money to buy body bags to bring dead troops home in? The war may not be going so great for you. Russian Charity Concert Is Raising Money for Body Bags to Send Troops https://www.thedailybeast.com/russi...is-raising-money-for-body-bags-to-send-troops A charity concert organized in Russia’s Amur region to support troops waging war on Ukraine is raising funds for body bags. Organizers of the event, to be held in the city of Blagoveshchensk on July 22, promise guests a festive time, with musical performances, costumed characters, and balloons “in the colors of our Russian flag.” “We have also specially ordered 100 postcards, so everyone will be able to leave kind messages for our guys [on the frontline],” organizer Igor Memetov was quoted as telling local media. In an initial version of the article, “body bags” were listed as the first item organizers were hoping to raise funds for to send to the battlefield. That was later scrubbed from the article altogether, but it still shows up in a cached version. The independent media outlet Sirena reported that organizers also apparently had “body bags” removed from a promotion for the event posted on social media.
Or... Set a hard minimum which under no circumstances any of that will be done and increase it as Russia procrastinates leaving so even when they do leave they are facing an extended period of banishment their own making.
