perhaps, but the railway traffic has resume. this bridge is probably most hated but now it is less significant because the Russians control all south of Dnipro river, not the only access route anymore. https://liveuamap.com/en/2023/17-july-railway-traffic-towards-the-crimean-bridge-resumed
it is a war between two orcs, not our fight. the thing is that weapons rarely change the outcome, unless it is nuclear.
The other access route is much longer and can be accessed along its entire length by Ukrainian artillery/rockets.
.. and one more. Interesting result. Does seem like the support was hit, and the span slid off. Don't think this could happen by a rocket hitting the road surface. And there are no shots that show anything like that. Must have been an unmanned water (underwater?) vehicle. This will take at least a few months to fix.
perhaps, not the weapons and troops, just regular deliveries, so no points to hit randomly, waste of shells.
Who cares about "regular deliveries"? If that whole region gets cut off from military supplies, or even the efficiency of military logistics is reduced significantly, Russian defenses will crumble.
The Russians will fix it right away. Then Putin (or his Look-alike) will go to the bridge for some photo taking.
