I think Kim is more of a madman because he creates the image of himself as an idol and loves being worshipped. The bayraktar tb-2 is a beast. It had to have been upgraded with some sort of stealth or jamming system because these things are pretty slow but they have been absolutely dropping bombs on the Russians 24/7.
