Net flows based on the holding report - sovereigns were net sellers, private were net buyers.

 

Russia is marginal player at the best in treasury holdings, but in they are number one in republicans heart

Russian are very shrewd. they know the dollar is overvalued

 

Overvalued with respect to ruble? I don't follow ruble that much.

Their reduction don't even cause blip. Couple of years back Chinese reduced about $200 billion, dollar actually rallied.

I won't call dollar overvalued when 3 months bills yields more than sp500 dividend and negative interest rate regime in euro area.
