Russell Shuffle: Nov. 15th, 2020

Discussion in 'Stocks' started by Russell Shuffle, Nov 15, 2020.

  1. Forecast sampling from the top and bottom 100 of a Russell 3k subset.
Tickers are ranked by their probability of going higher in the next week.
If you're bullish on the broader market, you'd want to conduct your research on the top ten, if you're bearish, focus your due diligence on the bottom ten.

I'll follow some of these up with deeper analysis as the day progresses.

Nothing here is advice, do your homework.

Edit: Yikes... visually this is just stupid long. Prob won't dump this again. Can't see it being of much use to most and it will just junk up the thread(s) with unnecessary scrolling.

  3. Russell 3000: Relative Support and Resistance (log scale)

R3K starting to ease into over-bought territory for me in the short-term. This might favor the bottom half of the Shuffle for the next week or so.

  4. LSXMK: Relative Support and Resistance (log scale)
LSXMK is part of the Shuffle Lower group this week and is currently pushing up against my upper forecasting boundary. If (if if if) the R3K does turn lower "and If" this upper range holds, we could see a pull back here to 36-ish from the current levels of +42. If 36 should get taken out with any authority, it could also bring 33 into play. Not advice, just a general observation that might warrant some additional research.

  5. It looks okay to me. Keep sharing.

  6. I'll be back Sunday with another update. If all goes well the model will have an expanded feature set, that if I'm REALLY lucky has some miniscule level of forecasting improvement in it.

  7. Thanks for sharing. Seems good to me.

  8. Market predictions don’t always go right. That’s what the basic market nature is. The more you depend on your predictions, the harder it becomes to accept the reality.

  9. I'm an idiot, just realized I nuked my charts... Would be nice if ET would allow us to upload instead of link. A lot harder to break things that way.
