The Russell 2000 hit a new 52 week high today! And if I'm not mistaken, it also hit an ALL TIME HIGH today as well. Yet the Russell traded DOWN for the day...... Doesn't that seem mighty suspicious?? Are there bears peeking out from behind the elm trees? Are they just out of sight in the mist?
