The largest audience in the history of radio will tune in Monday for the return of Rush Limbaugh. Will he be the same old lovable Rush, or will his experience of the last month have somehow changed him? His brother David has hinted that Rush feels he has gained great insight into himself, surely a warning sign for all true blue conservatives. Could the Great One have contracted the dreaded "Growth" virus, which typically infects Republican Supreme Court nominees and 6 term Senators? Will he feel the need to apologize for all the rhetorical queries he "axed" the Reverend Jackson? Will he now truly feel the pain and discouragement of the welfare recipients he chided for just getting out of bed as his noon program aired? Has his exposure to social workers and group therapy somehow triggered a hideous transformation in the Doctor of Democracy analogous to Jean Luc Pickard's assimilation by the Borg? Could the new Rush be under the spell of the Democrat Borg queen, the evil Hillary? I friggin' doubt it. He proved that he could whip the entire assembled armies of the left with half his brain tied behind his back, not only in his famous boast but in reality. Now they will have to face the full strength version of the Great One, with talent on loan from God.
