Runaway markets

The most difficult market for me is when the ES or NQ gets trashed for a couple days then fires north just when I'm looking for another comfy bottom. How do you deal with markets that run away from you?

 

Anticipate this,or wait until it gets north fool bloom.

 

Usually best to just let that particular trade go. You were waiting for something and that something didn't happen, no need to chase price.

 

First of all, try to get some sleep. 4am?
