RT quotes into excel

I'm looking for a free or relatively inexpensive source for RT quotes and other info by stock (hi of day, lo of day, vol, etc) that I can hotlink into Excel.

I've used the MSNQuote feature in Excel for a while, but it's delayed pricing only.

I trade with I.B. For $10/month I get stock and stock option realtime quotes in my Excel spreadsheets(DDE).

Try www.quotein.com.
They have several RT feed options (use RTD functions).
If you have Ameritrade/Datek account - feed is free.
The also have free delayed feeds and real-time ECN feed.

MyTrack and IB have an option for Excel DDE feed, but they both have a limit for number of tickers you can receive at one time.
QuoteIN does not have this limit.

IQFeed includes a DDE server. $20/mo will get you RT stocks streaming into Excel.
