I thought of buying the Puts on RSH but my other Stock-of-Doom ARO started going up above $4.00 so it threw me off. I have no positions in RSH or ARO, ARO might slowly destroy the Shorts as the Honeymoon with their old-New CEO continues. Radio Shack, who really shops in those dirty, smelly and rude employee huts? Radio Shack reminds me of that old stock I traded SunGlass Hut back in the 1990s, never could figure out how that thing made money, what ever happened to Sunglass Hut? Keep a eye on ARO, it's going to take a nice move either direction, we are going to hit $5 or bust $3.00 over the next couple months, that's a big move for those ARO Options. RSH, I bet we get a few more rumors like BK plays usually have and finally RSH will get it's head cut off! How far will they take RSH, you think we are going trade chaotic like OSH "Orchard Hardware" did before they finally went BK? Fast Eddy was dumping all his stock from $6 to $2.00 and $1.50 and people were still betting a cash-infusion was on it's way. Orchard's debt-load was huge, why? Sear's SHLD put most of Sear's debt on Orchard's Balance Sheet and Wall Street was too stupid to see the debt load was unmanageable from the start. Is it any wonder OSH fell from $38 to $.20 in less than two years after it's IPO? Eddy Lampart tried to stall Sear's Debt Covenants breakage by using the "One Eyed Susie" Accounting game, now Sear's had debt, now's it's on OSH's Financials!
Watch out with RSH, she's deadly lately and with all the cash that's floating around at 0 percent some fool is going to give them money to live another few years. Look at RAD,SVU, PPC and many others we thought were going BK but some how turned around. Killer Trade on RSH, she's hard to play and you kicked it's ass!
