The entire topic of this thread was DeSantis being spanked by the courts and ignored by the cruise lines.
Are you claiming that people said the vaccines will prevent anyone from catching COVID? Or did the science say even back in trump days that vaccines help support the immune systems fight agaisnt the disease, reduces the viral load which makes spread less likely and keeps people infected from more serious symptoms and possibly hospitalization versus simply having to stay at home. Having everyone on the cruise ship vaccinated significantly reduces the effects of COVID on passengers and crew. Masking and social distancing and cleaning is what prevents the spread. They are two different things that work together. "Look, the results of the vaccine are very good, and if you do get (Covid), it's a very minor form. People aren't dying when they take the vaccine," Trump said in an interview with The Daily Wire's Candace Owens that was released Tuesday. "The ones that get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don't take their vaccine. But it's still their choice, and if you take the vaccine, you are protected," he said.
Not to mention vaxxes were fairly good at stopping alpha&delta, the viruses they were created for. I mean, we warned the MAGAtards that shit mutates and stuff becomes ineffective as they do.
Are you claiming that no one in the government or main stream media ever said that vaccines protected you from catching or transmitting Covid? Just want to hear you say it.
Viewers demand apology from MSNBC, Rachel Maddow for previous COVID vaccine comments https://www.foxnews.com/media/social-media-users-demand-apology-msnbc-rachel-maddow-vaccines Social media users demanded apologies from Rachel Maddow and MSNBC over the liberal host's insistence in March that the COVID-19 vaccine stops the virus dead in its tracks and prevents further transmission. "Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person," Maddow said on her show the evening of March 29, 2021. "A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus, the virus does not infect them, the virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else," she added with a shrug. "It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people."
