So any citizen in the US can really do just about anything that can be considered treasonous just as long as they state it was for he 25th amendment?
Todd, the 25th is there because of Ted Cruz's dad assassinating JFK as Trump exposed. What could be more fitting if it were decided Trump was unable to fulfil his duties? There is no treason here. Just a judgement call that is backed up or not.
It would be more fitting if you would answer my simple question. But, as usual, you have nothing but deflection. You may want to look up the laws with respect to treason and subversion.
Your question is not a question. How can there be treason? If the President is judged unfit he can appeal. You are mixing up a simple process for dealing with an emergency incapacitation (breakdown is that) with speaking against the king. Trump appointed Rosenstein FYI. He was not some Obama holdover. He is not on the list however he can voice support like anyone can do. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twent...tion_by_vice_president_and_principal_officers
Todd won't know who George was so this might give him an idea. This depicts a royal system. The president is not a king.
Jemmy, what are we going to do with you! It is not TREASON to discuss invoking the 25th Amendment, even you can do it, and if you can do it without committing TREASON, then we can be certain Rodney can. So jemmy, all your "if trues" are for naught. There is just no way to take nonsense and turn it into sense by sprinkling it with "if trues". You owe me an apology of course. It would have been impossible for me to "distort [your] argument". Oh I wanted to of course, but it was impossible. You can't distort what's already distorted. Just send me a case of Heiniken, and I'll let this most recent foray of yours into pure ridiculousness slide. (Tee hee, I hope you're good at reading through a line)
