  2. No -- allow me to educate you, junior. You couldn't recognize bullshit if you stepped in it because you're so full of it yourself. Honorable Marines don't make up lies about combat veterans and repeatedly call them "chickenhawks" and "Zionist shills" despite being told that's not true. For this alone you should be banned IMO. And spare me your whine about my combative nature because some of us come to P&R for the virtual "fight club" as RCG's called it. But what you've done crosses a line I don't think should be crossed. And if you really did serve you should understand that.
Great, because YOU repeatedly claimed I'm a "chickenhawk" -- despite me telling you I'm not -- BEFORE I disclosed I'm a combat veteran. So back up YOUR assertion, you lying hypocrite. You can't because it's a lie.

So I'll disprove YOUR lie. Shouldn't have to but I will anyway.

    Here are my terms:

    1) I've already sent RCG some documentation. If his say will suffice, write the apology you offered and we'll move on. But if you want respect or camaraderie from me you need to give some.

    2) If that won't do then I nominate Magna (no-nonsense moderator) as judge, jury and executioner and respectfully ask that he take this on as a fellow veteran. I'll prove to HIS satisfaction I'm a combat veteran and served honorably, even if it means bringing a notarized copy of my DD214 to a local attorney of HIS choice that I'll pay for. And likewise you prove to HIS satisfaction that you honorably served on active duty in the Marines for eight years. Whoever fails the test agrees in advance to be banned for life. No apology required if we both pass but are YOU "man enough" do the right thing and write one that's sincere anyway? That's my offer that I shouldn't have to make. Period. Take it or STFU.

  5. He did send the documentation. It was a combat award. Since I don't know 666's name, then of course it is a trust issue. But I do not believe he would go thru the trouble to show a few anonymous fellas on ET that he is a comabat vet if he wasn't one.

Identity is always an issue on the web, so I do not expect him to give his full name, nor can I find a reason not to believe him.

Hmm, I'm a vet, but I don't recall, if I ever knew, what "MOS" is... I'm not going to google it and pretend, it's been 30 years since I was in, I can be forgiven for forgetting. : )

  9. If you were in the Army 30 years ago, they did have MOSs back then.
