  1. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO

What a wuss you are Rat.

I ask if the SC agrees with your belief that MY views on how the INCOME TAX LAW work are wrong, and I get a non answer.

Well, that's a trolls answer, guess I'll have to get a hold of TraderNik's troll translator to understand...

  3. ( click, whirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

    Translation:

Oh no !! I'm being asked direct questions that I can't answer without looking like a fool. :(

What to do? What to do?

    I know I can't answer any of hiroshi's questions truthfully -

(A)I know that Ron doesn't support what I'm saying regarding income taxes. At best, he says that he can't find the law and he respects people that fight the current law when they know they will pay a price for it - meaning that RP believes that they have no real defense. Now I know that can only leave me 2 options : 1- I can admit RP's too dumb to see where the laws are legal, because the Supreme Court has never overturned a tax evasion conviction - meaning how can I conttinue to support a candidate for Prez if he's so stupid. So that's out. Or 2- I can admit that RP does know the laws and continue to pledge my suport for him anyways, even though I keep trying to argue the point that the tax on income. Then I look stupid. So that's out too.

(B)Damn, Harikari is right when he says that no tax convictions have been overturned by the SC. So I need to keep dodging the question for as long as I can. I hope nobody notices. Yeah, that's it, if I keep dodging, noone will notice. I mean, it works for ZZZzzzzzzz, and he's my hero, so it should work for me too if I just follow his trail.

Speaking of ZZZzzzzzzz, what would he do in this situation.... I know, I'll take the discussion off topic when I don't have an answer. If that doesn't work, I'll start referencing anal penetration, just like my hero.....:)

Ok then, that's my plan - ignore questions that I can't answer, post off topic, and threaten anal penetration.

That'll keep me from looking like a fool:cool:

    Sorry Rat, too late.........

    Translation :

    Shit, he's got me.....

I know I posted questions that were off topic - questions that have nothing to do with the legality of the income tax laws. So when Chopsuey calls me on my off topic questions and wants a response to his real, on topic questions, I'll keep repeating that's he's off topic too, that should buy me some time. Or at least tire him out until he quits calling me out.

Well they aren't off topic cuz in my twisted mind everything's a conspiracy and I believe that Alex Jones is God and everything out of his azz is like manna from heaven.

I feel threatened now.Where's my mommy? She was supposed to help me with my newspaper route this morning, but she never came home from her boyfriend's house last night. What's his name again? I forget, she has so many of them. What is this, her 4th this month already? I'm so hungry too. All there was for me to eat last night was 2 slices of bologna. I want to cry......

  7. Ok, finally a statement.

Hmmm, but no counterarguement to my questions about the SC rulings on convicted tax evaders. Guess that means that you've finally given up on trying to prove your point that the income tax is illegal. Good.

AND no counterarguements to whether or not RP supports your position. Guess you've given that one up too. Looks like we're making some progress. Looks like you're finally beginning to WAKE UP Ratboy. Maybe there's hope for you yet.

So McFadden's speech was on the Fed, and how they're a bunch of crooks interested in enriching themselves. If it's relevant to whether or not the current tax laws are legal or not , I sure don't see it. Rather, it looks like you're trying to make a connection between the Fed and how taxes wouldn't need to be paid if the Fed was abolished, or something similar. That's a different issue, hence, off topic.

Ahhhh, I get it now. Everything is a conspiracy. Again. The NWO is coming to get us and we're all too blind to see it.

Dang, and I had such hope for you Ratboy.....

  8. mate, very informative and thanks

just one comment though, and not particularly directed at you personally, and this is by no means a US-IRS-only type problem, but... when are u guys going to SIMPLIFY your tax code?

i mean, how fair is it to expect every single citizen no matter how (un)educated to be able - am not saying "willing" - to cut thru that jungle in a less than exhorbitantly taxing amount of time by themselves?

having said that, people who refuse to pay their taxes after all legit recourses have been exhausted should go to jail, NOW!

  9. Follow the tax and accounting firm lobby money, as well as the loophole money and other tax dodges...think churches, charities, etc. who might suffer from the lack of tax writeoffs with a simple structure.

That's why we don't have a simplified tax code, or a flat tax...

It is all about who writes the tax laws, and who influences the law makers...

In addition, how many IRS agents would be losing their jobs with a flat tax?

The level of complication is just another part of the beaurcratic nature of our primary national federal corporation, better known as the US Treasury and the federal agencies and other private corporations who dictate what they actually do...

You really think the bankers want to do away with all the red tape stuff?

    :D :D :D

  10. you say this isn't important but the founding fathers thought differently. there are dozens of quotes where they warned us against losing our independence. andrew jackson spent the bulk of his admin fighting the private bankers from taking over our monetary system.

now you sit here and tell me that you love the private bankers collection agency. paying the private illegal bankers usury fees is not freedom. it is bondage... it is slavery. and it is ruining this once great constitutional republic. the laws we hold sacred you laugh at.

you don't know our history... you asked stupid questions that any true patriot would know. you supported the pancake theory even though it was one of the most illogical concepts ever perpetuated by our corrupt media.

you are not an american yet you love the monetary system of bondage that the IRS enforces without legitimacy.
