  1. well yes... but this would be a way around it. they would say the 2nd amendment is being honored... you just have to pay your gun tax. oh.. sorry its so high... oh well.. good luck!

look at the 501(c)(3)... if a church gets out of hand.. boom.. there is the IRS. they say the church violated their code status by talking about abortion... and this is political. therefore.. now they owe X amount of taxes and penalties... blah blah blah. it is a tool to shape public opinion and manipulate the churches messages. it is always about control.

  4. and when you realize the money goes to the federal reserve a private bank that printed the money out of thin air... you start to wake up. you work half of the year just to pay the interest on the debt that can never be re-paid.

then you realize there is no law.... and the IRS has been terrorizing people for years illegally... and you have idiots like hiroshi and zzzZZZ support this pyramid scheme.... you really start to get mad.

you think the banks mind illegal wars that run up the debt? this only insures your great great grandchildren are slaves too.

  6. So the smart ones like Gates, Jobs, Buffett and the Walton family don't worry about income tax, just the dummys bitch and moan...

Hell even Pineapplehead Steve Forbes didn't suggest elimination of income tax or that it was illegal...

  7. most of their wealth is derived through capital gains.. this thread is about income.

business wise they legally must pay taxes on foreign income. Gate's H1b visa workers must pay income taxes... this would all be legal.

  8. History lesson !!! cool...

So Rat, were able to find a passage from your hero RP where he supports your views on whether or not personal income is taxable?

C'mon Rat, I know you can find it.....

Otherwise, you're gonna look pretty silly backing him.

    Oops, too late.....

  9. Capital gains, dividends, interest...all income, all worthy of taxation.

While we are at it, let's go ahead and tax the churches who become politically active...
