I find Leno to be completely unfunny and unwatchable.

Different comics for different tastes I guess.

You poor dumb bastard. Now I'm starting to feel sorry for you as I'm sure that your negative outlook alienates you from all except those paid to suffer your company.

  3. I also agree, Miller has his moments but that's it, he isn't consistanly funny.
If you're ready for some sick but very funny stuff try Louie CK.

I loved Louie CK's bit on "everything is amazing but no one is happy".

  7. Dennis Miller is the conservative George Carlin.

  8. Miller peaked when he started shilling for those brokerage ads back around the dot.com peak. It worsened when he brought his schtick to Monday Night Football.

I would never compare Dennis Miller to George Carlin. IMO, he's not even in the same league as Carlin. Miller loves to show off his vocabulary, but there isn't much depth beyond that. Carlin, on the other hand, had great insight and alot of "darkness" to his humor, but it was brilliant stuff.

  9. Politically speaking ,yes but Carlin was so much better as a comedian/philosopher.

  10. denner, I am confused. Carlin is uber left. What is that all about? You have not portrayed yourself as a lefty here on ET. Expect retribution, and Lean Forward!
