i think he's scared of Disney's suit against him for government retaliation.

Disney wants it to stop more than DeSantis. But don't let that ruin a good narrative.

 

Ending the special status may be warranted but cannot be done as naked political retribution.

Disney have to win the case. Ron is scared.

Republicans got their Citizens United. Corporations are people under the constitution and the first amendment was trashed by DeSantis who committed a political foul on their right to political speech opposing don't say gay etc.
