It's too bad that so many believe this stuff. Romney may very well win, and I'll pay off to Jem. We'll then see which Romney we get. The good rombot or the evil rombot (Cheney, Koch, Teaparty, birthers, truthers, and all the rest of the crazies).
Dude, really? Tampa is friggen awesome. And I'm from the NYC area. NY aint got shit on Florida. I prefer the warm weather, no state income tax, gulf breezes and beaches. I don't agree with you at all. I'm much happier down here. If it's not for you, that's all cool. But calling it a shit hole is just plain incorrect.
Correct If Obama wins Rasmussen, your skewed poll theory etc were dog shit and dick morris and all the people predicting a Romney win are massive bozos etc
I always thought of it as being in a tropical paradise without leaving the U.S. when going to places like South Beach, Key West, Sanibel, and many many other places.
IQ-47 better start doing some 'kissin' this week. Next week he will be gone and everyone will be lambasting him over his Obama blinders.
I knew a poker pro from NYC that settled in Tampa and couldn't wait to get out. He used to post here.
I left the area a bit south of tampa for a return to San Diego. echoing what lucrum says tampa is better than a lot of other places... but not as good as some of the best places. I note that a lot choices are made based on financial goals an marital status. Starting out you go to NYC for the financial upside and the single women. But unless you fast track to the the millions... I would think you would want to find a good women and then get the heck out. A sweaty smelly subway commute in NYC is a pretty shitty experience... In fact I thought the mexico city subway was a superior experience to the NYC subway. So really the way to live in New York is to stay in NY mon thru thursday and get out to greewich or the hamptons or some other spot on the weekends (in the summer) and have the money to go to Fl or the islands in the winter. That obviously takes cash. So if you have a wife and kids and you make enough to already be at the beach...
