October 25, 2012 SouthAmerica: I am not intolerant. I does not matter to me what kind fairy tales the Mormons believe. I am agnostic, if Mitt Romney want to participate on his secret religious activities dressed up with his âMagic Mormon Underwearâ and his Mormon Bishop Garments - and play who is behind the curtain. That's his private business.... Behind curtain number one, you just won a trip to Planet Godzilla. Behind curtain number two - a trip to Planet Spaceball's Behind curtain number 3 - a trip to any Planet you want around the universe. Anyway, what the Mormons believe can appear to be a little bizarre to other people. Jem, maybe you should try wearing a âMagic Mormon Underwearâ for a change and see if that might bring you some luck in the stock market. Here is an idea for you to make some money: If Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney becomes president of the United States they probably start selling these âMagic Mormon Underwearâ around the world like hot cakes. Se if you can locate in China the company that produces these âMagic Mormon Underwearâ or if you need to order and import them from Planet Godzilla. By the way Jem, by looking at the âMagic Mormon Underwearâ for men â you can tell that Mormon men are very optimistic judging by the size of the crotch area. .
So it's not OK to make fun of the magic underwear anymore? I'm not good at this right wing political correctness. I though republicans had a little thicker skin, I didn't realize you are the "sensitive" party now. I didn't make an underwear joke myself but please forgive me I do find the while underwear thing silly and funny.
Gallup spokesman on NPR admits their Romney lead as much as 7 points off the true number (overstated).
yes based on the Gallup guys logic - the little retreat in Romney's number is probably overstated because of Obama's recent showing in the 3rd debate. -- This what the Gallup guy said on the 19th to ezra klein.... (if you have something else let us know. âThe likely voters model takes into account changes in the response to questions about how closely theyâre following and how enthusiastic they are,â [Newport] said. âItâs not just capturing underlying movement â itâs representing changes in enthusiasm.â That sounds, I replied, like a model that would tend to overstate the effects of major events that favored one candidate or the other, as their supporters would grow temporarily more enthusiastic and attentive, while the other side would grow temporarily disillusioned. Newport agreed. âI wouldnât use the word âoverstate,â â he said. âBut it would be very sensitive to changes in enthusiasm. The Denver debate clearly had an impact on Romneyâs people. I think your insight is correct there. Whether we see a dulling of that over the next several days is what I want to see.â
Intrade's offering really good prices on Democratic control of US Senate as well as on President Obama re-election. But not really worth my time. Open an account, pay $5 a month for "access," all to win a couple bucks per bet with few shares being offered. There must be easier ways to get pizza money.
. October 26, 2012 SouthAmerica: Mitt Romney got millions and millions of US dollars from the Multi-Millions in Detroit Bailout from the US government, and the auto workers from Michigan and next door in Ohio got the shaft. The people from Ohio can give the shaft back to Mitt Romney on election day - it's time for payback. Let's see how smart the people from Ohio really are on election day - only idiots in Ohio will vote for Mitt Romney on election day. Interesting, but ABC/Wash Post and Rasmussen polls both show Romney by 3 now, too. Are they also overstating?
No idea, simply repeating what was stated by the guy at Gallup. Gallup went from Romney +5 to Obama +2. Sounds really scientific to me.
