Rasmussen says the in the end the election won't be as close as the polls are showing it is today. He wouldn't say who he expects to break out but since Obama can't get over 50% in any polls the undecideds are probably going to break for the challenger next week.

I have been consistent with my methodology throughout.

I was and have been ripping nate silvers' partisan analysis.
If you have a problem with my analysis... explain.

Remember when we started ripping the polls as slanted very few people agreed. It was pretty much a few people on this thread, dick morris and one other blogger.

Now... about just everyone in america and the media takes for granted many of these polls are slanted. Our main point has been completely vindicated.

Also as the polls have unskewed (as predicted) themselves... guess what many have Romney in the lead... It was not all the debate bounce. It was crooked polls get less crooked.

A few months ago... all the lefties on the board were denigrating me for arguing these polls were slanted.

  4. OK, didn't mean to upset you, if I did. I question the Crooked Polls get less Crooked comment, not sure how that would work. If you're thinking the percentage of aligned voters changed? That would simply make a change to the positive, not correct anything. I may be missing something, but since the final outcome is, hopefully, coming soon, we'll see.

you did not upset me... I am just pointing out that Nates analysis sucks...

    here is a real analysis....

over the course of this thread... we have seen polls change their ratios from about D plus 7-11 to what feels like an average plus 3 to 7 in the national polls. (this is for the polls which reveal their ratios.)

The real trick with these polls is that they were Over representing Ds and underepresenting Is...

So as these polls have unskewed themselves a bit but not all the way.. They have let the Is come up a bit. But the ratios are still not well balanced for the Is IMO...

  6. OK, and that was my question. People may have changed their minds, thus the polls are simply showing different results, IMO, not necessarily skewed in the polling attempt. We can agree to disagree however.

SouthAmerica: Since many Americans believe on the separation of “church and state” it will very interesting if Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney becomes God/President of the United States in November 2012 – the United States will have its first extra-terrestrial president – a God from Planet Godzilla.

If Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney says “God Bess America” or “In God We Trust” is he referring to himself or the God from Planet Godzilla?

Since Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney and his wife already wear the “Magic Mormon Underwear” - I wonder if Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney will require that the American population also start wearing the “Magic Mormon Underwear”?

Now I know why Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney had a look of being confident during his first political debate against Barack Obama - Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney was wearing his “Magic Mormon Underwear”.

Sure, it's an easy target. But we just couldn't resist a quick exploration into the Mormon church's most famous "secret."

SouthAmerica: I also wonder if Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney becomes the first God/President of the United States in November 2012 – if he is going to wear around the White House his Mormon Bishop Garments?

If Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney is elected God/President of the United States – and if he has to go for an official trip around the Middle East dressed up with his “Magic Mormon Underwear” under his Mormon Bishop Garments – he would make a real fashion statement in that area of the world. The people in the Middle East would think that Bishop Ayatollah Mitt Romney is wearing an exclusive design clothing from the “House of Lawrence of Arabia”.

The 28th and 29th chapters of the Book of Exodus describe in detail the ritual clothing worn by priests in the ancient temple. The robes consist of a breastplate (hoshen), an ephod, a robe, an embroidered coat, a cap (mitre), and a girdle (sash), as well as stones worn in various configurations.

    Just a Reminder:

SouthAmerica: I am agnostic, but I wonder what Mitt Romney believes regarding his religion?

Is Mormonism a religion or a cult?

What the Mormons believe can appear to be a little bizarre, but again if we analyze most religions in detail then they are not far behind regarding their fairy tales....
