Romney Looks Like the Next Pres

  1. All I read is my response to your request to prove we evolved from "non life". Are you ok? You understand how communication works? It was your turn.

Until you can provide proof to refute the MIT paper and this statement, I see the argument as over for now. Jem is correct.

We now know that the probability of life arising by chance is far too low to be plausible, hence there must be some deeper explanation that we are yet to discover, given which the origin of life is at least reasonably likely.

so you are backing off your wise cracks and admitting that you have no proof of life evolving from no life.

I accept you cat and mouse troll b.s. as the closet thing to an apology I will get.

  4. Could we conclude the thread by saying that Romney will lose the election, and that the republicans next best chance would be 2024, assuming they do not break up by then?

I suppose we could if the national polls since Ryan were not all within the margin for error. Some with Romney in the lead and some with Obama in the lead.

As I said a few pages ago with Independents favoring Romney by a bit, this all depends on turnout...

The Ds are going to have to turnout like they did in 2008.
    Do you think they will?

Refuted back in 1993, scientifically, no less.
To see the argument as over for now, you need only be outdated and live in the past.

  7. Not at all. I posted my abiogenesis links and you responded by posting my abiogenesis links. Umm, the GOP are doomed if you're representative of the party.

Off the topic of the ID idiocy... I am not a Dem and would never vote for Obama, but do consider him the lesser of two evils (by a hair). I'd vote for Romney save for the nagging fact that he DESTROYED dozens of operating companies (Dade Behring, 1st iteration). I am not going to get into it here as I've stated my views on Romney/Dade numerous times.

Romney was your worst enemy a decade ago (moderate)... do you really think his stripes have changed?

I see the losers of the argument are beginning to drag the red herrings across their trails.

    Way to go jem. :)

  9. Yes. And I'll leave by stating I'd have shit and gone to heaven if Romney had chosen Ron Paul. I'd have overlooked the corp raiding and punched their ticket. ;)

    2. As keynes really stated... in an economic downturn, you need to lower taxes and grow your way out.

Obama just put the largest tax increase in history on the middle class and he threatens to put more on the wealthy. He also threatens cap and trade...
Finally Obama care has a chance to be medium size business financial destruction.

I would prefer a real leftist to Obama's sellout economics... any moderate, ron paul, romney or anyone else.

I really like Ryan because he is the most competent SOB i have heard in years on the subject of the budget and entitlements.

    1.

    Your "abiogenesis" link means nothing.
There is no proof of life from not life..
Miller Urey... just found some "building blocks" not life.
so I am not sure what you think your link speculated about... but it certainly was not showing life evolved from non life.
