The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows Mitt Romney attracting 47% of the vote, while President Obama earns 44%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and another five percent (5%) are undecided. Matchup results are updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). This is the 10th straight day that Romney has held a modest advantage over the president. See tracking history. With a decision coming any day now, most voters want the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the presidentâs health care law. Just 21% believe the government has the constitutional authority to require the purchase of health insurance. Earlier this year, a column by Scott Rasmussen argued that the health care law is doomed regardless of what the court decides.
Can we get an RCP avg daily now AK and/or Jem? SC health care ruling will be any day now and the difference in the polls before and after the decision (give it a week or so to sink in) will give us a good indication of the damage that Obama and the dems did to themselves by passing that piece of shit mandate.. if it is struck down then this should be the turning point in this election assuming Romney capitalizes by unrelentingly calling out the constitutional law professor who sacrificed his time and his party's total control of Congress, passing an unconstitutional law. A simple to understand and factually accurate party line that can't (honestly) be refuted. In no uncertain terms, obamacare is a 100% democrat product. Any consequences of its success (lol) or failure also belong 100% to the dems and obama, this includes any direct/indirect consequences resulting from the mandate being struck down while the rest of the bill remains intact. Defeat in the SC should also be a death knell for that idiotic bitch nancy pelosi due to her remarks about passing obamacare to see whats in it. If she can survive this kind of arrogant and obvious stupidity then her district is beyond saving.. it's already hard to even consider it part of the US imo.
the very idea of an individual healthcare mandate originated from the conservative think-tank The Heritage Foundation. But donât take my word for it, read about it here. Moreover, many prominent conservatives have supported the use of the individual healthcare mandate. Some noteworthy conservatives who have supported individual healthcare mandates are: -President George H. W. Bush (source 1 and source 2) -Speaker Newt Gingrich R-GA (source) -Senator Orrin Hatch R-UT (source) -Senator Charles Grassley R-Iowa (source) -Senator Bob Bennett R-UT (source) -Senator Christopher Bond R-Missouri (source) -Senator John Chafee R-RI (source) -Rep. Bill Thomas R-CA (source) -And at least 16 other GOP Senators who have since retired from the Senate (source) http://theincidentaleconomist.com/w...vidual-mandate-in-the-first-place/#more-36555 lets also not forget that romney also supported a mandate. of course that was before obama supported it.
talk about logical fallicies... Just cause neo con idiots (neo cons are really big gov socialists with a new name) tried to do the bidding of their donor insurance companies... does not mean forcing americans to pay money to third parties is magically transformed from unconstitutional to constitutional.

That video is clearly doctored. Here's a short article outlining the emerging failures of Obamacare: http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2011/05/23/more-solid-proof-that-obamacare-is-working/
