By "freeloaders" I assume you mean the no-bid military contractors and the financial industry. I don't think you mean the welfare moms trying to make ends meet and the folks on unemployment insurance and the old folks on SSI and the mentally and physically disabled. Because those folks only account for 15% of the budget. So I assume you mean the power players running the corpora/plutocracy that we have now. The guys giving to the super-pacs. The freeloading guys who cheered Citizen's United, and got give-aways in the form of tax cuts, overseas tax havens and preferential regulations.

I mean the type of sobs who demand every spare cent and then some. I mean the type of people who cheered when got in office was raise govt workers pay. Those Sobs include recipients of corporate welfare and able bodied recipients of govt welfare.
