Romania Micro-company tax regime

Anyone familiar with this? Does this apply to companies engaged in equities trading? It says the annual turnover has to be less than 1m euros. So two trades worth 500k euros each would push that above 1m? ( I am talking about the size of the trade not the profit)

 

Yes, I have read about it. Because of this tax rates have been reduced.
