rollover futures

    Hi,

    I recently (4 months ago) started trading futures / S&P-mini ;
    Where can one find the exact date that one has to rollover the future contracts (recently march --> jun) ?
    How long do the old contracts continue to be listed/traded ?

    Expiration= third friday of 03 06 09 12
    Rollover: on thursday the week before expiration
