keep it up. keep attacking the messenger instead of looking inward. if republicans are deluded into thinking the polls are wrong they will have no incentive to change their message to something the mainstream can accept therby insuring their defeat.
Romney leads among independents. Means that his message is being accepted by the mainstream. He only trails by 3% etc on those polls that are being polled with 60% democrats and 40% republicans.
I think that is the key to deciphering these polls. What was the result among those calling themselves independents.
Romney is leading by 3 to 4% with people who registered themselves as independents. Come election day, this is going to be the key.
