Did anyone get shares at $38?

I requested some shares and the order was filled.

Everything is priced out of whack with insane valuations because of the fed. Simple as that.

You are obviously a believer in the greater fool theory. What happens when the band stops playing?

You actually think I sunk tens of thousands of dollars into this. I haven't. This whole market is going to feel the wrath when the fed music stops not just this stock...

They have 22 million accounts, this company should have gone public years ago when they had only a couple of million accounts and when there wasn't many new investors who believed stocks only go up.

Why sell stock at a lower valuation?

You mean Lower valuation for the already elite and wealthy who get in on these companies in the very early growth stages and make thousands of percent returns on ipo day.

Exactly. The founders and early investors might believe in today's ipo that they are selling early, but may want to diversify their wealth. Caveat: not having read the prospectus I don't know who is selling the shares, insiders or the company or a combination there of.

Open at $38 (1225 EST)and already falling. Doesn't look good. My guess is it will be down 5-10% today.
