LOL, have to wonder about a name like Robbin Hood.
And except for the fundamentals/technical, JC [James cash] Penny used to be a good name.Maybe that judge will tell that praying penny stock buyer look @ a 52 week chart.
Its like JC Penny asked his dad for some more money as a kid;his dad said no,i told you about your budget, so no bailout for jcp as a kid.

It's too bad...They had a great ad agency back in the day. If only their service was as good as their promises.

Yup they used to be the standard for flying. Can't believe how much their quality of service deteriorated to the point of using violence to denying paying customers service and it was all a matter of re-accommodation in their eyes. LOL

This was one of my faves from them, when they changed their animation ad style. I thought it was clever with the bird flying through the heart.

  5. You all realize that the wealthy and corporations are being bailed out all the time, right? COVID is the greatest wealth transfer in history.....it's not being transferred down BTW. The Fed nonstop printing press and the fact that congress has done near nothing, zilch, for the working people. I'm sure the mom and pop store really benefit from the fed driving the stock market higher. Corporate and wealthy are doing just fine though, if you didn't notice.

What about bailing out the degenerate bankers that unethically and illegally (although never charged) bankrupted millions? GS getting bailed out from the credit default swaps they purchased and getting paid 100% thanks to Obama.

Yes, let's bail out trillions to the rich and then complain when retail investors want a couple thousand back.

Ok just because the those a$$hole banks got bailed out doesn't mean that average investors should be too if the bailout is unjustified in both cases. What is bad for the goose is also bad for the gander.

You're complaining that the rich and corporations get bailed out so why shouldn't the kids' overbetting their accounts be bailed out as well... If you disagree with the premise of bailing out corporations and the wealthy, shouldn't you also disagree with bailing out retail investors? At least you'd have a valid ethical argument. But arguing that life isn't fair is not going to get you much buy in from this crowd, I'd think.

And how many jobs and employment are these Robin Hood type traders providing society that taxpayers should fund their ignorance? If this guy who wrote the judge goes under how many employees from his trading business will be let go? What valuable service or product is he bringing that my taxpayer dollars should bail him out?

It’s always good to learn from your mistakes and move on instead of just cribbing for it.

  10. I think my point was missed. I was not saying I agree with them being bailed out. I don't. I guess I didn't make that clear. I was just making the point that the wealthy get the most bailouts. I do think it is ridiculous they are trying to get bailed out, :).
