Doesn't change the facts about the pending felon conviction, Nikki Haley's Republican supporters doing a write-in for her, and an Independent candidate plus another as a write-in. :sneaky:

Trump can only win the 2024 U.S. Presidential election if he's not a convicted felon, with the support of Nikki Haley's Republican supporters, an Indepedent (e.g RFK) in the race, another Independent as a write-in, and with Black American voters not cheating Trump again.

Too many barriers for Trump to overcome. Year for a write-in winner?

I will let the criminal cases deal with Trump...no need for me to debate about his criminal cases.

Simply, he's fucked because I'm sure a convicted felon has never been elected as President of the United States. Yet, I think a convicted felon can be on the ballot for U.S. President.

    Year for the write-in?

Trump voters have made it clear they dont give a shit about any Trump court cases and 97% of those that voted for him in 2020 will do so again.

On the other hand only 83% of 2020 Biden voters will be voting for him again and 10% of 2020 Biden voters will be voting for Trump.

When your best hopes for Biden is Haley who is not running and Trump got more votes than Biden in many primaries when Haley was still in the race and a bunch imaginary write in votes to save Biden shows your extreme hope and desperation.Biden is finished and will go down as a 1 term loser and one of the worst 3 presidents ever.

You've just answered my question that you've failed to answer for several months...

Trump voters will put a convicted felon on the ballot for the U.S. Presidential Election and Trump will be the first ever convicted felon to be elected as President of the United States of America.
You're still dreaming that pigs can fly.

    Here's another interesting scenario...

Trump becomes a convicted felon. His supporters become angry because they're not allowed to have him on the ballot or they become angry and protest by voting for a Republican write-in. :sneaky:

Regardless of the possible scenarios...the conspiracy theorist RFK Jr. has no road to victory because he can not even beat a Republican write-in regardless who you choose to flip-flop too. :D

Anyone with a common sense knows its a no-win situation for Trump and Black Americans will not save Trump's ass when he becomes a convicted felon. Yet, as smallfil implied...those BLACKS will get the blame because they're cheaters.

The Constitution does not bar felons from the presidency.

The fact that a plurality of Americans would prefer a convicted felon over Biden says a lot about Biden.

You're now catching on to how a Republican write-in gets voted into the Presidential Oval Office because the other guy (Trump as a convicted felon is allowed on the ballot and the Supreme Court will get involved to determine if he's eligible for the U.S. Presidency while eligible to be on the ballot.

It is the reason why I implied earlier...a convicted felon has never been barred and I'm confident a convicted felon has never been on a ballot for the U.S. Presidency.

Yet, a convicted felon being elected to the U.S. Presidency will require the Supreme Court to get involved because the Supreme Court has never faced such a scenario and will be the deciding factor while a convicted felon WAS allowed on the ballot...

Not Black Americans (cheaters accordingly to MAGA) and not RFK Jr. (conspiracy theorist).

My point, America does not want to see the Supreme Court as the few people (9 justices) who determine who will be the next U.S. President. Instead, I'm confident that America will decide on its own by choosing the scenario that keeps it out of the Supreme Court's hands...

A Republican Write-In solves the problem especially considering it is allowed as a write-in for the U.S. Presidency, you can choose another Independent or Biden.

Regardless, the road is a dead-in before the Oval Office for Trump...you'll get over it and Democracy will be better without Trump. :sneaky:
