  2. Price action in GME was a chance of one in 3.5 million.....according to Vlada Tenev. I believe him.
Please show me other previous price action to refute this contention.

So? Just because it is rare that doesn't mean anything about its cause. There are 4000 stocks, 250 trading days so we could expect this happening in every 3.5 years. You can look up the VW short squeeze for similar action. Or BTC in 2017 December...

Not to mention you believe the guy who has the most reason to lie just about anything. He wouldn't even answer a simple yes or no question.

I still haven't heard your conspiracy theory, and I do like those. So entertain me....

  6. Happened again.....I can't believe the balls this guy has.
So he contacts his Wickr friends, and everyone is told to buy call options all at once.
They swamp the options market makers....who must cover their short call positions with long stock positions.
What a formula....just rinse and repeat.
My only question is....why GME ? Why not another stock ? I have to admit that AMC is another candidate.
Stop this nonsense Kittly or go to jail.

I'm all for it. I have been screwed far too many times with constant algo trickery in the ES and NQ. If a bunch of retail traders want to do what HFT firms do every hour in a split second, I'm very supportive.

    https://nypost.com/2021/02/17/roaring-kitty-keith-gill-defends-his-gamestop-posts-amid-lawsuit/

But in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Gill — known for donning a red headband surrounded by cat paraphernalia in his YouTube videos — was portrayed as an undercover trading mastermind who drove GameStop shares higher to line his own pockets.

The class-action suit filed in Massachusetts federal court on Wednesday took aim at Gill’s online personas, saying he knowingly used them to create a fake populist attack on hedge funds and pump the price of GameStop — eventually creating millions of dollars of losses for retail investors who followed his advice.

GameStop shares closed down 7.21 percent on Wednesday to $45.99 a share, down from a $483 a share in late January.

“Indeed, in order to motivate amateur traders, Gill fashioned himself as a kind of Robin Hood and characterized securities professionals as villains,” the complaint said. “Gill slyly targeted large hedge funds who had shorted GameStop stock as the evil, powerful big boys.

Only Gill was actually “a highly sophisticated and calculated investor” and registered stockbroker at MassMutual in Boston, the suit says. And he had taken a substantial position in GameStop stock at $5 a share in the run-up to the social media-fueled short squeeze.

“Gill, however, is no amateur (and no Robin Hood),” the suit claimed. “For many years, he actively worked as a professional in the investment and financial industries.”

The suit also named MassMutual, claiming the bank was legally responsible to oversee Gill as a registered broker. The bank is under investigation by Massachusetts regulators.

Gill reportedly quit his job on Jan. 21 and officially left MassMutual on Jan. 28, the day after GameStop stock fell 44 percent off its high.

  9. Good stuff Butterfly. Gill reminds me of that song by Warren Zevon.....remember ? "...His hair was perfect.". I'll never forget his testimony in front of congress recently.
My goodness between the hair, the custom hair dressers, the one-off customized tee-shirts, and all of the matching paraphernalia , when I testify, I am going to ask the feds for the tee shirts....no other remuneration needed.
Wow, this would be like memorabilia in the case of Bernie Madoff.
