What is the career path to becoming a Nasdaq market maker? For instance, the NITE MM trading, say, RIMM - what kind of background would that person likely have? Thanks for any input.
Several years as a low paid order entry clerk while being abused "taught the markets" by a NASDAQ trader. Most either quit or wash out but if you are intelligent and motivated it can be a great career.
