If I choose above plan, the ECN Fees is still necessary?

 

Are you asking whether the commissions include ecn fees? If so, you get charged for removing liquidity, and rebated for adding liquidity.

 

Do they allow Canadian Resident Accounts??

3.45+0.003X5000=18.45
- 6.55+18.45=11.9

If so, ECN fee is expensive, I should use level1 broker!
ECN Fee:
$.002 rebate for adding liquidity
$.003 charge for taking away liquidity

 

MY caliculation is correct or not, any comment?
