I have been currently adding to my RMBS holdings on pullback from uptrend caused by winning of 3 legal verdicts in a row. Although this may be too long for day traders, I am looking for injunction being issued around the month of Jan 09. Why I am not waiting till closer to this month to add shares is as follows: 1) Settlement may occur early for those who do not want to see what waits for them behind door number 3. 2) Stock may go up on its own as Jan09 approaches and I feel I am buying on a higher low of support. I will try to follow up on this thread if I can find it or start a new one once we get more news.
