Rithmic live connection to AMP's free Quantower?

Of course, I tried to contact AMP support first but they didn't help me much. Since recent update to their live chat system, their support is very slow and inconvenient. Their feedback about Rithmic support contradicts. Is Rithmic connection to AMP's free Quantower version supported? I downloaded/installed it but I cannot connect using my account (tried both my live Rithmic and AMP accounts).

Tried the platform, not impressed. It doesn't even have VWAP, insanity!

 

Quantower does have VWAP.
