Risk management, where to start?

    1. Best advice from someone who's been there done that.

    2. Instead of books, read some of the old threads, there are a lot of very valuable comments in those old thread.

    3. My advice if you day trade is to learn how to take losses. I am an amateur retail just like you, have been practicing paper day trading (real time sim) for over a year now and still not ready to go live.

    You also need to be able to control non-trading risks by choosing a reliable regulated broker with favorable trading conditions, fast execution and tight spreads, such as fxopen or exness.
