Did you take into account margin? Ill give you the benefit of the doubt and assume for the first 7-10 contracts you do only intraday, with the best margin you can get (assume $500 per). You report -$3000 first 3 trades and BE 4th. On 4th you are going to be adding your 7th contract. Meaning you need to open an account with 3000 (to lose first 3 trades) + 3500 (margin needed to buy 7)= 6500. With 6500, im sure there are better ways to play the ES market.
