Ripple outperforming the other coins in the top four (Bitcoin, Ethereum, BitcoinCash).
It has taken back third position, now with a higher "market capitalization" than BitcoinCash.

People chasing momentum. Seems like the only coin unaffected by s. Korean regulation. Must be because ripple has pushed for mass adoption and finance use.

Some of the folk over at https://www.reddit dot com/r/Ripple/ are claiming that Ripple (briefly) took the number two position from Ethereum, however, I think they are basing this on the Coinmarketcap prices which I've found to be less reliable than the Worldcoinindex prices.

At its peak of $1.7034, Ripple had a "market capitalization" of $65.73 billion, versus approx. $70 billion for Ethereum.
