Funny, RIMM is down over 8% tonight and futures are trading FLAT. Funny how it seems RIMM has no influence on the downside however, if RIMM was up 8% tonight the futures would be up about 3 or 4 points.
The index is highly weighted such that one stock doesn't have too much of an affect. Also, rimm only has a market cap of 27 billion which isn't that much.
