Right Wing Thuggary...

  1. Okay, for the sake of argument, say I am a hypocrite (which I don't agree with, but for the sake of argument say I am a hypocrite)...

How and why does that make right wing thuggery acceptable?

  3. Thuggery is legal?

If your have a strong rational argument, why is it necessary to scream and yell?

Just present your ideas...no need to yell and scream and act like a monkey if they are better ideas, right?

No need for emotionalism and hysteria, whining and crying like a baby if the idea is sound and reasonable, right?

  5. Its called freedom of speech and its legal in the US, so get over it.

What is happening here is the dems are clearly on the wrong side of this issue. Countless polls show that. Now they have to find out a way to shift attention away from their failures. The fact of the matter is that this healthcare bill that is being put forward is so far in left field that a good portion of democrats have rejected it. The democrats have complete control, they need zero republican support, but Obama has failed to push this down the throats of the American people. Now you have 'The Trio of Stupid'(Obama, Pelosi, Reid) trying to blame people who go to townhall meetings and question their representatives and senators about it. It is an absolute joke.

  6. Do you have freedom to yell fire in a movie theater?

Why is it necessary to try and shout down what a congressman or congresswoman are saying?

Why isn't there just rational discourse?

One side presents their argument, reasonable, and the other side presents their argument?

I don't know if there is actually a right side or wrong side of the issue, if you have any understanding at all of politics and our system of government, there is no right or wrong actually, only the side that may pass or not pass legislation which may or not be overturned in the courts. This need for thuggery by the right in unconscionable and indefensible...

That people get overly emotional or engage in demagoguery, like you do so frequently is I guess a sign of lack of proper breeding...

You really need to do something about your anger issues, try smoking some dope, getting laid, take a walk, etc.

  7. Lucrum

    Lucrum

Allow me to translate from liberalese into English.

It's perfectly acceptable and even commendable for minorities and liberals to engage in "thuggary".

BUT if you're conservative, moderate or guilty of being born a Caucasian then you are to be scoffed at, scolded and condemned.

The fact the behavior is exactly the same, is beside the point.

  8. Would you like to provide a link to any place where I said it is perfectly commendable or acceptable for minorities and liberals to engage in "thuggery"?

In any case, even if you could produce such a link (which we both know you can't) how would that make right wing thuggery commendable and acceptable?

  9. Hitler would be proud! Arrest dissenters and call them thugs.

The loony lefties want to believe the protesters are plants, and perhaps a few of them are, as there is no way to measure who is who. BUT.............the entire group of protesters can't be plants. What the loony lefties are missing, is NO ONE is opposing the protesters. If the dissenters were plants, they would be booed by the attendees IF what they were hearing was not what they were thinking or wanting.

To the halfrican supporters, repeat after me..............SANE AMERICANS DO NOT WANT SOCIALISM, nor do they want to reward those who refuse to do for themselves.

  10. Quit(E) repeating yourself ...nice spelling (BTW) ...gotcha.

Not a big thing there, but I'm agreeing with you on that debating tactic that people use where they cite a single incident and think it represents the universal. To my way of thinking I wish these
correspondences resulted in outcomes that somehow after hashing out all the possibilities a best or at least improved conclusion was arrived at. Let me toss out, how is it that eliminating the middleman health insurers and using the profit to
fund say an improved data base archiving for what charts are used for now wouldn't be desirable? Then of course the billions in overcharging is something everybody agrees should be taken to court. I think alot of the disagreement can be found in "can the governmet run anything" and if it turns out they might then eliminating the middleman is right, unless you own shares. They don't do any research all they do is collect money from premiums ...interlopers.
