Colorado Supreme Court order Trump name removed off the 2024 U.S. Presidential election ballot for violation of the 14th admendmént… He caused an insurrection against America. A few more states that could do the same because of the 14th admendment if he becomes a convicted criminal… It will open the door for an Independent. The is only the beginning to the chaos that will result in Trump supporters attacking / harassing / threatening minorities, women, veterans that vote for someone else other than Trump, more mass shootings, more racism… More chaos…2020 all over again but much worst the 2nd time around with a Biden/Trump repeat. p.s. I do not care who wins Colorado…remove the insurrectionist Trump although I prefer if they had done that after he was convicted. wrbtrader
Dont get your hopes up,The Supreme Court will have the final say. Most republicans will beat Biden in 2024 so I hope Trump is disqualified and Haley gets the nomination but I doubt The SC goes along with that.
That is my point…the Supreme Court will be forced to except the insurrection case…essentially rewriting the 14th admendment…opening the doorway on other issues like the 2nd amendement… Opening the door about laws written from a different past of America being applied to TODAYS society of chaos. Once again, I rather see an Independent in the Oval Office to shake up the traditional two party system that is to polarized. The Trump virus needs to be cut out of the GOP. I will check later if the Vegas odds has changed wrbtrader
I mean, should've been done 1st day in office, not last year of first term for election season, but I'll take it... Still does nothing for future infractions as rescheduling would or for those WH staffers they let go first month in office. WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden announced Friday he's issuing a federal pardon to every American who has used marijuana in the past, including those who were never arrested or prosecuted. The sweeping pardon applies to all U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in possession of marijuana for their personal use and those convicted of similar federal crimes. It also forgives pot users in the District of Columbia. It does not apply to individuals who have been jailed for selling the drug, which is illegal under federal law, or other marijuana offenses such as driving under the influence of an illegal substance. The implication of Biden's pardon promises to have significant implications, as criminal records for marijuana use and possession have imposed barriers to employment, housing, and educational opportunities. However, the pardons do not apply to people who violated state law, and anyone who wants to receive proof of a pardon will have to apply through the Department of Justice.
