BETHESDA, Md., Dec 14 (Reuters) - The Biden administration said on Thursday it had identified 48 drugs in the Medicare program whose prices rose quicker than inflation during the fourth quarter of the year and may require their makers to pay rebates. President Joe Biden's signature Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) includes a provision to penalize drugmakers who work with Medicare, a government program for people aged 65 and older or who are disabled.
Don't celebrate yet.The Supreme Court that Biden doesn't want to expand hasn't weighed in on the issue yet.Big Pharma certainly will not accept this without a fight.
Brandon's seen Felon's version of "better". Stay mad, the road to hell's paved with "good intentions". Communism anyone? Can we get trans daughter's take on this? Elon Musk's mother has been defending her son again — this time against President Joe Biden. Maye Musk's comments came in response to a post about the billionaire by the FCC's commissioner. It referenced Biden's previous remarks that Elon Musk was "worth being looked at."
Why is she complaining? 2 of the last 3 democrat presidents raised taxes on the rich.We know which one didn't.
Musk shouldn't be complaining under Biden in comparison to what he had under Trump. He should be careful of what he wishes for because when Trump regains the Oval Office as a convicted criminal...all hell will break loose for Twitter, Telsa, legal immigrants, minorities, protestors, women and anyone else that Trump has promised to get revenge. wrbtrader
