You have not been to Kentucky...I have.

Plants in Berea, Calvert City, Grayson, London, Louisville, Richmond and Winchester being shipped out to the small U.S. markets for electric vehicles that continues to grow each month.

I have a cousin that works at the plant in Grayson for the past two years. Also, we drove his new electric vehicle to visit a friend of his in Richmond. His friend recently had an electric vehicle charging station built at her house although one was not there when we visited her this past summer...

He got her a good deal on her first EV car charging station by using his employee discount. :D

A study published in Nature Sustainability shows that homes near EV charging stations experience a boost in property value. According to the study, homes situated between 0.4 to 0.5 kilometers of EV chargers are valued at about 3.3% higher than homes outside of that range.

According to a study conducted by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, homes with charging stations typically sell for about $15,000 more than homes without them. This number varies based on the location of the home, the type of home, and the type of charging station installed, but on average, a charging station will have a positive effect on your home's value.

In addition, three military buddies in Kentucky recently had an EV charging station installed at their homes from Henderson Electrical Services.

Their motto...We have installed nearly 300 EV chargers across the state thus far, working with companies like Walmart and Kroger. We see an excellent opportunity to serve our clients by coming alongside other industries to grow the amount of charging stations available.

    We can help.

What does Walmart have to say about Electric Vehicles (EV) Charging Stations ?

By 2030, we intend to build our own EV fast-charging network at thousands of Walmart and Sam's Club locations coast-to-coast. This would be in addition to the almost 1,300 EV fast-charging stations we already have available at more than 280 U.S. facilities.

    https://corporate.walmart.com/news/...n-to-expand-electric-vehicle-charging-network

Absolutely nobody cares about this stuff ?

Yesterday, I had a package delivered to me here in Québec City, Canada by a guy driving an electric van that his company (IKEA) contracted to make his deliveries. He said his company (IKEA) has an order for 15 more vehicles to add to their fleet as they phase out diesel/gas vans.

IKEA said the vehicles will help it achieve 20% of its zero-emission delivery goals. The Swedish retailer has set a 2030 goal of becoming a circular and climate-positive business through a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

As a trader and investor...I tend to notice investment opportunities especially when it knocks on my front door for a delivery. :sneaky:

Also, Toyota has designated a plant in Georgetown, Kentucky to build EV charges for Toyota cars starting in 2025.

By the way, I've never been to it but the existing plant looks big and it will be sourced from an EV plant in North Carolina. The driving force for this cross-jurisdictional excitement was an announcement on Monday from the office of Governor Roy Cooper about Toyota’s search for a suitable place to produce batteries for its lines of hybrid and electrified vehicles.

    https://www.autonews.com/manufacturing/toyota-picks-georgetown-ky-plant-first-us-made-ev

Oddly, the above news story is using an image from an Toyota plant in Indiana that's in the process of converting part of its plant into EV charger production.

For the record, when CHINA first became interested in Electric Vehicles...it took them about 5 years to build their first EV plant due to red tape that had initially slowed them down.

Reminder, you did say Absolutely nobody cares about this stuff.

Isn't that a common statement by Trump ?

    Built so far...zero. That's what Politico said...right. :D

Chevrolet, Ram, Tesla, and GMC are all set to release competitors to the three electric pickups already on the market: the Ford F-150 Lightning, the Rivian RT1, and the GMC Hummer EV. That automakers are excited by the idea of electrifying one of their most lucrative gas-powered segments is hardly surprising.

The above are American cars. :D

A study by realtor.com showed that home listings in metro areas with the most EV charging stations were 1.5 times higher than surrounding ZIP codes and 2.6 times higher than the rest of the country. It’s no surprise that most of these zones are in California — the state leads the nation with over 13,000 public charging stations.

New York, with 10,000 fewer stations, is in second place, and Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts are close behind. The presence of charging stations in your community indicates EV adoption, and installing a home charging station may offer convenience to many prospective homebuyers.

    https://energy5.com/the-6-best-electric-vehicle-charging-station-manufacturers-in-the-us

Oh, wait...Canada is giving thousands of dollars in Electric Car Tax Credits, Incentives & Rebates for each purchase. It could be why companies like IKEA and hundreds of others businesses are switching to electric vehicles here in Canada...

Hopefully, Canada will buy its EV chargers from those plants in Indiana, North Carolina, California, or Kentucky. :p

When it comes to Biden and the crap you and Cuddles are spewing about his accomplishments that is correct.Thats why he has the lowest 538 net approval of any president and hasn't had a 50% approval or above in over 2 years.

    Weak reply by you.

Seriously, just read what companies like Walmart and Henderson Electric have said about the installation of new EV charging stations considering you incorrectly believe those stories are FALSE...reason why you keep posting the LIE...
    • Not One new EV Charging Station was installed from the Inflation Reduction Act
    • Nobody Cares.
Even better, get off your lazy ass and call them. :D

I will make it easy for you considering you seem to have something against the state of Kentucky which has a Democrat Governor who wants to make his state the EV charger station capital of America.

Here's another one in Bloomington, Illinois that I saw in my travel this past summer...

2225 W Market St, Bloomington, Illinois, 61705, US

    +1 833-632-2778

The phone number is above...just give them a call considering you believe "Not one EV charging station has been installed" and you're unable to admit that you are wrong. :D

By the way, I drove through Bloomington, Illinois on my way down to Kentucky...Walmart and their new EV charging stations are real although I did not shop at a Sam's Club to see if they had any new EV charging stations.

Now had you said "I absolutely do not care" instead of saying "Absolutely nobody cares about this stuff"...I would not be like a dog on a bone about this issue. Easy for me to do considering I've seen these new EV charging stations with my own two eyes and was with a military buddy (in his EV car) using one of these new EV charging station at Walmart.

Yet, I will admit that I do not know if these Walmart / Sam Club stores are getting tax credits from the government that's funding these new EV charging stations or if Walmart is paying out of their pocket with no federal funding help from Biden's administration / Inflation Reduction Act that are teaming up with businesses across America to build up the infrastructure with new EV chargers so that we're less dependent upon fuel...

Isn't that what your Green Party wants...save the environment ???

    Walmart-Bloomington-Illinois-EV-Charging-Station.png

By the way, visit a Walmart Supercenter, charge up your Electric Vehicle, and then ADD your photo to the list of photos by many others using those EV charging stations.

Tony, do you own a home ?

Contact your local EV charging station installer and get one installed at your house. You will increase the value of your home. A military friend of mine did...the new EV charging station cost him less than $400 (that's the cost of my teen's Xbox one) and the value of his home increased in value by 12k.

    That's free money.

Seriously, give your real estate agent a phone call to see if what I said is true, and don't forget to check with the installer about what tax incentives, credits they get from the Inflation Reduction Act when they install a new EV charging station at your home.

    P.S.
Walmart have weekend specials several times this year...so far...

Free charge for your Electric Vehicle.

Those are not from Bidens bill !!!!

All those pictures of chargers you posted are not from Biden's infrastructure law.

Biden does not get credit for the accomplishments of others.

All your post proves is that we have to depend on others to get shit done because we certainly cant depend on Biden.

    Are you sure about that...

You do know the Inflation Reduction Act is not only about Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. It's also about lowering the cost of prescription drugs and many other issues that are costing consumers a lot of money.

    https://www.nrdc.org/stories/consumer-guide-inflation-reduction-act

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...rt-for-help-promoting-inflation-reduction-act

Thus, you may as well admit you're one of those consumers not taking advantage of electric vehicles, solar panels, heat pumps, and more via tax credits and rebates.

    Back to Walmart again...

For one, the Inflation Reduction Act passed last August provides EV buyers up to $7,500 in tax credits based on where the vehicles materials are sourced from and assembled.

    https://electrek.co/2023/04/06/walmart-to-launch-coast-to-coast-ev-fast-charging-network/

Now we know how much Walmart is getting per EV charging station...7.5k in tax credits per charging station when it probably only cost them LESS than 1k to build. I say 1k to build because there's a car dealer that services my mom's car and they have three EV charging stations.

Further, I asked my mom's car dealership how much it cost their dealership to build one of those EV charging stations...he said LESS than 1k and they then get a 7.5k tax credit. That tax credit is because of the Inflation Reduction Act.

This is a dealership in the Chicago area that did not have electric vehicle charging stations before 2022...they had to use a nearby PlugShare EV charging station because they did not have their own EV charging station until after the Inflation Reduction Act passed.

It makes sense to me about why they now have 3 EV charging stations because they sell Electric Vehicles too. :D

Absolutely nobody cares about this stuff when you're not able to admit as a person of the green party...you're the one that does not care.

Ok...I'll leave you alone with your denials and dismissal of the Inflation Reduction Act.

P.S. I wouldn't be surprise if you'll soon call your real estate agent to find out about the tax credits, rebates and incentives for your home from the Inflation Reduction Act...

Free money when it increases the value of your home.
