To be fair I don't think any Republican has criticized Biden's ability to navigate. This is a top tier example of false equivalence, a mainstay of dogmatic rules for radicals leftists. You can drive a car and still have horrible memory and molasses slow thinking. I can think of 3-4 accidents in the last couple years here that were caused by elderly drivers who shouldn't have had their license anyway. I'm sure they could drive in a parking lot and score top scores but the requirement to remember events even minutes before ends up putting them in a wall on real streets. At any rate the basement criticism is absolutely fair. The guy only makes public showings when they're covered for him and only responds to pre-written questions.
