This is a thread for riddles! So if you want to challenge your fellow ET'ers put your best one up and see if the bright minds (cough) here can solve it. I'll start with a fairly popular one: What can you measure but can't touch? Only post answers if you "got it" not if you already heard it from somewhere else. And no googling!!
It is everywhere and no where... If a living creature eats it, it will die... It has no taste, smell or feel... What is IT?
My all time favorite... Suppose you're on a game show, and you're given the choice of three doors. Behind one door is a car, behind the others, goats. You pick a door, say number 1, and the host, who knows what's behind the doors, opens another door, say number 3, which has a goat. He says to you, "Do you want to pick door number 2?" Is it to your advantage to switch your choice of doors?
Don't see how this can be wrong. (I would have just gone with time..but speed and distance make sense too). But it just seems too easy for Babak to have posted it. I would expect a less obvious and more "clever" answer. Success? Popularity? quite a few things I guess. None of which seem "clever" answers. R.
