  1. I want to trade everyday 12 hours a day. But I am limited to 4 hours or 8 hours.

I just want to trade all the time because I have to be ready when the win trade comes.

what is the meaning of support etc

every bar high Is a resistance

if the market has a point that it is bounced off then it may do so from there again.

each S/R will be tested twice...….so you have to see all this and think out a trading plan and trade it....

trend lines are S/R but there are so many you can draw and each one tells a story which you can trade

you also have to understand that a faster corrective move will hit support sooner and hence bounce off faster
but if you have to draw so many trend lines as in the chart below it is perhaps better NOT TO TRADE AT ALL IN THIS SITUATION. this I never do and is the reason I lose money....trade when things are clear.....that is what I have to learn to do.

my advice is forget about S/R
see the relative strength of the bulls and the bears that is all it is about

    not easy...….but that is it

just see what is happening now and trade that....try to judge the momentum so that you will not get caught on the wrong side
