I'm interested to have a stable, reliable and fast connection to IB European servers at Zurich. Not trying to set any HFT but looking for the fastest connection possible for an ATS. Besides the typical VPS solutions, I've been wondering about setting one of the special IB connections ( Dedicated line, Extranet or Cross-connect solution; and I'd like to read pros/cons coming from experience. Thanks !!
You might want to inquire on the TWS_API list in Google-land, which has a good number of traders who share your stated connection interests, *and* a good number of traders from Europe. The intersection of those to sets would be your target, eh?
